There are some terrible people out there. There. I said it. You need to know that not everyone out there has your child or student’s best interest in mind. In fact, there are a lot of people you just can’t trust.

There’s a simple way to help keep children safe that you should know about, though. It’s called the ‘parent password’ and is exactly what it sounds like. Children and their parents decide on a password (can be a phrase, too) that only they know.
