Prominent technological company Acer announces their latest 6-inch Liquid S2 Phablet that has the capabilities of 4k recording facilities.
It was expected as consumers were waiting eagerly for newest addition in phablets not only from Acer but in respect of similar devices marketed by top mobile companies in the industry.
The case of Acer was a bit different as it was supposed to come up with a whole lot of newer additions of phablets. Present product is the first of the expected series of devices to be marketed during the current month by the technological giant.
“Acer has announced its Liquid S2 sporting a 6-inch display, which will be showcased at the IFA 2013. It’s a successor to the 5.7-inch Liquid S1 launched earlier in June. The highlight of the device is its 4K recording capability”, reports the company sources.
4k seems to be the upcoming trend in the tablet and mobile device market. A rumor in the industry is that both Xperia Z1 as well as Note 3 is coming up with 4K recording facilities.
Some of the features loaded in the newest device are Snapdragon 800 chip that clocks the 2.2GHz as well as 2GB of RAM. In addition; it has the 3,300 mAh battery that runs pretty well. Support for LTE is another user-friendly feature in the device.
“On the camera front, it is equipped with a 13 megapixel snapper with LED ring flash and 2 megapixel front-facing cameras. Its front-facing camera can shoot 1080p videos. This Android-based smartphone will be made available with Jelly Bean 4.2.2 version and 16GB on-board storage. One can expect an array of connectivity options such as 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, NFC and GLONASS”, explains the head of the Acer designer team speaking on the technical features of the phablet.

Quick first shot allows the camera to take pictures from the unlock of the screen. Since the camera has automatic center-focus the quality of photographs would be excellent and crisp clear. Best part of it is that the camera focus and operation can be adjusted simply by tapping any of the locations on the screen.
According to technical experts, the freehand capture is one of the best features in the device that allow user to find anything simply by touch of finger or some digital pen used for such purposes.
Unique camera features of the device do not end here as there are something more. For instance; the smart best shot feature that has been added to the camera helps you to take the best quality pictures while taking multiple shots.
Users may also like the “Favorite” mode in the device that allows you to choose the best pictures among multiple shots. At the same time it will give you the options to create as many as five profiles that can be customized according to your requirements and preferences.
Acer S2 will be initially released in the European circle and the company has the intention to expand its use to other areas on the globe in coming days.
