How (and why) teachers should start using Twitter right now

Twitter is a powerful force for good. It’s a useful tool for just about anyone – especially teachers. They can grow their PLN (professional learning network / personal learning network) and learn new things on a regular basis.

It can feel a bit overwhelming but it’s worth sticking it out and trying to figure out what parts of Twitter work for you. Hashtags? Direct messages? Just lurking and casually reading? All good.

This graphic dives into the many reasons you should try out Twitter if you’re a teacher – but works well for non-teachers as well!
